Repair Status Definitions
Below are the definitions for each stage of the repair process so you can understand exactly where your projector is in our workflow:
Received
Your projector has arrived at our service centre and is undergoing initial inspection. Our technicians will verify the unit details, document its condition, and perform a preliminary visual check before proceeding to full diagnosis.
Diagnosing
Our technicians are performing detailed fault analysis using specialist diagnostic equipment. We are identifying the root cause of the fault and determining the best repair approach. A detailed quote will be prepared once diagnosis is complete.
Awaiting Approval
Your repair quote has been issued and is awaiting your authorisation to proceed. The quote details the required parts, labour costs, and estimated timeframe. Please review and approve the quote so we can begin the repair work.
In Repair
Repair work is actively being performed by our qualified technicians. This stage includes component replacement, optical alignment, circuit board repairs, and any other work required to restore your projector to full working order.
Quality Control
The repair is complete and your projector is now undergoing comprehensive quality control testing. This includes DCI compliance verification for cinema projectors, colour calibration, brightness testing, thermal testing, and a full functional check of all features.
Ready for Return
Your projector has passed all quality control checks and is ready for packaging and shipment. Our logistics team will carefully pack the unit using appropriate protective materials and arrange dispatch through our courier partner.
Dispatched
Your projector has been shipped and is on its way back to you. A tracking number and courier details have been sent to your email address. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress on the courier's website.
