Service Agreement
Wells Electronics Ltd provides specialist repair services for Barco projectors. All repairs are undertaken on a best-efforts basis by our qualified technicians. Before any repair work begins, a detailed quote will be provided outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, and timeframe. No work will commence without your written or verbal authorisation. Our services include fault diagnosis, component replacement, optical alignment, DCI compliance testing, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
Liability
We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, faults, or defects in your equipment that are not directly related to the repair work performed. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the value of the repair service charged. We strongly recommend that customers insure high-value equipment during transit to and from our service centres. Wells Electronics Ltd shall not be held responsible for loss of data, loss of profits, or any consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer (BACS), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and cheque. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. For large repair jobs, a deposit may be required before work commences.
Data & Privacy
We may handle customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customer data is stored securely on encrypted systems and is not shared with third parties except where necessary for service delivery (e.g., courier companies). Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, or the services provided by Wells Electronics Ltd, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
