Most Cinema Series repairs are completed within 3–5 working days from intake. This includes diagnosis, component repair, DCI calibration and quality control. Laser module replacements may extend to 7 days. We offer an express 48-hour service for critical multiplex failures.

On-site repair is available for large-venue UDX/UDM installations and simulation domes where removal is impractical. Home Cinema models (Freya, Njord, Loki, Balder) can also be assessed in-home. Cinema Series projectors are typically bench-repaired at our Doncaster or Dublin centres for clean-room conditions.

Repairs on out-of-warranty projectors do not affect any remaining manufacturer warranty on unrelated components. For in-warranty units, we recommend contacting Barco directly. We can provide independent assessment reports to support warranty claims.

Yes. We repair the full Barco residential range including Freya, Njord, Loki, Balder, Bragi, Thor and Medea. Services include laser/LED light source replacement, optical path cleaning, 4K UHD alignment, HDMI board repair and firmware updates. In-home assessment is available within 50 miles of Doncaster or Dublin.

Select your location in our booking form. We use insured couriers with custom packaging for all Barco projector models. EMEA clients outside the UK and Ireland should contact us directly for shipping instructions and customs documentation.

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering the work performed and any replaced parts. If the same issue recurs within 90 days due to our workmanship, we will repair it free of charge. Extended warranty options are available for annual maintenance contract customers.

Repair costs vary depending on the projector model, fault type, and parts required. We provide a detailed quote after diagnosis and before any work begins. There is no charge for the diagnosis if you proceed with the repair. For out-of-warranty cinema projectors, typical repairs range from £300 to £1,500.

Yes, loan projectors are available for cinema and large-venue clients subject to availability. Please mention this when booking your repair so we can reserve a unit. Loan projectors are delivered with your collection and picked up when your repaired unit is returned.

Absolutely. We specialise in component-level repairs that many other centres cannot perform. Our engineering team has experience with complex faults including DMD board failures, optical engine issues, and laser module problems. We have a high success rate with projectors that were deemed beyond repair elsewhere.

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. For business customers, we can arrange 30-day payment terms subject to credit check. All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Please power down the projector and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes before collection. Remove any attached cables, lenses (unless faulty), and accessories. If you have the original packaging, please use it. Otherwise, our courier will bring appropriate protective packaging. Include a brief note describing the fault if possible.
